1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the CPR Training Hub platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

We reserve the right to update and modify these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Description of Services

CPR Training Hub provides an online platform for:

• Browsing and enrolling in CPR and related certification courses
• Managing course schedules and certifications
• Accessing training materials and resources
• Connecting with certified instructors
• Tracking certification status and renewals

All courses are conducted by independent certified instructors. CPR Training Hub acts as a platform to connect students with instructors and training organizations.

3. Registration and Account

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. For minors, a parent or guardian must create and manage the account.

4. Course Enrollment and Payment

4.1 Enrollment Process

When you enroll in a course, you are entering into a direct agreement with the training organization or instructor. CPR Training Hub facilitates this transaction but is not a party to it.

4.2 Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through our payment partners
• Course fees are set by individual training organizations
• Payment is required at the time of enrollment
• Prices are subject to change without notice

4.3 No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled course without prior cancellation may result in forfeiture of payment and may affect your ability to enroll in future courses.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Student Cancellations

• 48+ hours before class: Full refund
• 24-48 hours before class: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours: No refund

5.2 Rescheduling

You may reschedule your course one time without penalty if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

5.3 Instructor Cancellations

If an instructor cancels a course, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

6. Certification

6.1 Certification Requirements

To receive certification, you must:

• Attend the entire course
• Successfully complete all skills evaluations
• Pass the written examination (if applicable)
• Meet all requirements set by the certifying organization (AHA, Red Cross, etc.)

6.2 Digital Certificates

Certificates are issued digitally within 24-48 hours of successful course completion. Physical cards may be available for an additional fee.

6.3 Certification Validity

Certifications are valid for the period specified by the certifying organization (typically 2 years). It is your responsibility to maintain current certification.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or instructors
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the CPR Training Hub platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of CPR Training Hub or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Course materials provided by instructors remain the property of the respective instructors or training organizations.

9. Privacy Policy

Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

10. Limitation of Liability

CPR Training Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Service and are not responsible for any errors or omissions.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
